The Knights of Columbus Council 1420 was founded in 1910. There are presently 131 members and the council meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month. The goals and purposes of the Knights of Columbus are: a.) rendering monetary aid to its members, their families and beneficiaries of members and their families; b.) rendering mutual aid and assistance to its sick, disabled and needy members and their families; c.) promoting social and intellectual welfare among its members and their families;d.) promoting and conducting educational, charitable, religious, social welfare, war relief and welfare, and public relief work.
